Email — Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email. You'll be removed promptly per CAN-SPAM requirements.

SMS — Reply STOP to any text message from us. You'll receive a single confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent. Reply HELP at any time for assistance.

Processing time: We process opt-outs within 24 hours. For SMS, your opt-out is effective immediately upon confirmation.

05 We Do Not Sell Your Information

Headmasters does not sell, rent, or trade your phone number or email address to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may share information with trusted service providers (e.g., SMS platform providers, email marketing platforms) strictly for the purpose of delivering our communications to you. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

06 Your Rights Under CCPA (California Residents)

08 Age Restriction (21+)

Headmasters products are for adults 21 and older. If we learn we've collected personal information from anyone under 21, we'll delete it promptly. We may request age verification at any time.

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the "Last Updated" date. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via email or SMS (if you're opted in) or through a notice on our website.
